Numemberg Blast Kills One, Injures 12; Fourth Attack On Southern Germany In A Week

Local authorities say one person is dead and a dozen injured in an explosion today near Nuremberg, Germany, that appears to be intentional. A police spokesman said the dead man was carrying a backpack with an explosive device and likely was acting alone.
