AT&T And Time Warner Make It Official Calling Merger A “Perfect Match”

The AT&TTime Warner deal is now official, and here are the key terms:
The telco agreed to pay $107.50 a share, half cash and the other half in stock. Time Warner CEO Jeff Bewkes will depart after a transition period, leaving AT&T chief Randall Stephenson in charge.
