Did ‘Luke Cage’ Break Netflix? Outage Leaves Saturday Bingers In Dark

Marvel super hero Luke Cage‘s worst nemesis turned out to be technology today, as Netflix servers went down for over two hours. This interruption comes one day after the third Marvel series on the streaming service debuted its thirteen episode first season.
While Netflix did not respond to requests for comment and the streaming service does not reveal viewing statistics, speculation online for the disruption was laid at the feet of the popularity of Marvel’s Luke Cage

Hello ladies and gentlemen, Muldoon here with an exciting lineup of badass short films I think you might want to check out. Unfortunately last week was a non-stop chaotic flood of business, so I missed out on sharing some cool films with you all. Fear not, this week’s lineup is something special, with an unintended theme of throwing friends into a bizarre situation and seeing how they react. Of course themes of friendships and high fives isn’t my typical brand of fun, so expect something with a bit more teeth. Whatever kind of films you’re into, I just hope you catch a short here that rocks your world. Some look to have had decent budgets, others – zero, but what they all have is a certain level of passion wherein a person set out to make something – and succeeded (from where I sit). So without much more chit chat, let’s kick this shindig off and see some fun flicks, eh?
