Apple Music and CBS Television Studios have inked an exclusive first-window licensing agreement under which Apple Music will be the global home of CBS’ anticipated new Carpool Karaoke series. James M. Nederlander Sr., whose Broadway real estate holdings include nine Main Stem houses that made his Nederlander Organization the largest family-owned theatre business, died Monday in South Hampton, NY. He was 94.
